The utilization of BIM in the Whole Life Cycle:

In the project planning stage, we establish BIM technology application framework, also stipulate application flow in the various stages and deliver result requirements of BIM technology; in the design phase of the project, it facilitates stakeholders to form multiple sets of design by using BIM technology. Through deeply professional analysis of the program and intuitional display of program analysis result, it efficiently support the optimized decision of design proposal; In the construction phase of the project, it demonstrates the construction scheme and simulates the construction process by applying the BIM construction model and technology, pursuantly conducting cost budget and management of construction; In the phase of operation and maintenance, we make full advantage of BIM operational maintenance model and technology to analyze the input-output effect of different operational maintenance programs, simulate the impact of operation by maintenance work, and implement advanced and reasonable operational maintenance.
